Richard Jackim is the President of The CHRISTMAN Group, LLC. He is directly involved in and is responsible for all of the engagements performed by The CHRISTMAN Group’s professionals.

Rich is an experienced attorney and investment banker. He received his law degree with honors from Cornell Law School where he concentrated in business law and estate planning.

After law school, Mr. Jackim practiced corporate law on Wall Street with the New York law firm of White & Case. He later attended The Kellogg Graduate School of Management where he earned his MBA in corporate finance and marketing. While in business school, Mr. Jackim earned special honors for his innovative work in business valuation techniques.

After graduating from Kellogg, Rich worked as an investment banker with one of the investment units of The Prudential Insurance Company. In this capacity he was involved in financing large infrastructure projects like sports facilities, toll roads, tunnels, prisons, and airports.

After four years with Prudential, Mr. Jackim was asked to become President of a Chicago-based middle market mergers & acquisitions firm with 14 offices around the country. During his career as an investment banker, Mr. Jackim has worked on over 60 mergers or acquisitions of middle market companies. In addition, Rich has either directly prepared or participated in over 250 valuation projects including valuations for M&A purposes, divorce settlements, fairness opinions, estate and gift tax valuations, and shareholder/partnership litigation.
