Mike Perry is an experienced international tax expert and M&A advisor. During his 26 year career, Mike has worked with a wide range of domestic and international clients on taxation and M&A projects. Prior to joining The CHRISTMAN Group, Mike spent 20 years with RSM McGladrey, Inc, a national certified public accounting firm. He spent the last 13 years with McGladrey as a partner in their Tax Group. Mike’s clientele included domestic and international companies in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, service, and not-for-profit. He has played an active role in over 50 acquisitions or sales.

Before starting his professional career, Mike spent over five years in the U.S. Army in various command and staff positions with the 3rd Infantry, 3rd Armor, and 101st Air Borne Divisions. Mike was an air borne, ranger qualified Captain when he left active service.
