John (“Jack”) R. Emmons is an accomplished investment banker and transactional specialist. Jack brings more than 29 years of diverse domestic and international management experience to The CHRISTMAN Group. Jack has over 18 years of merger and acquisition experience on both the buy-side and sell-side, working for several nationally recognized middle market mergers and acquisitions firms. He has been involved in over 60 successful transactions with an aggregate market value of just over $500 million. Jack has also performed over 100 valuations of middle market companies.

Prior to his investment banking career, Jack spent 14 years in senior management positions, including serving as Director of Business Planning with Amphenol Corporation, a $500 million multinational subsidiary of Allied Signal, Inc. As Director of Business Planning, Jack directed the development and implementation of an electronic components worldwide manufacturing strategy including the acquisition of several European companies, the formation of a joint venture in Japan, and the establishment of a manufacturing facility in Hong Kong.

Before starting his professional career Jack served 4 years as a supply officer in the United States Navy and then served 16 years in the Naval Reserves before retiring with the rank of Commander.
