Dennis Erwin is a seasoned entrepreneur and finance professional with more than 17 years of experience working with middle market businesses. During his career, Mr. Erwin has originated, structured, negotiated and closed the sales of seven private companies, led eight acquisitions and buyouts - often participating as principal - and completed over a billion dollars of financing for clients or partners.

Prior to joining the Christman Group, Mr. Erwin founded a boutique investment banking firm that assisted owners of middle market companies in achieving aggressive growth objectives through mergers and acquisitions. In addition to executing transactions, typical projects included intensive hands-on assistance to position and prepare business owners for strategic acquisitions or to sell their companies.

After earning his MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, Mr. Erwin joined a large money center bank in Chicago, where he arranged financing for large manufacturing and transportation companies. Mr. Erwin was a leader in utilizing derivatives to supplement traditional loan products and offer new methods to minimize risk for clients.

Mr. Erwin's extensive investment banking and entrepreneurial experience make him an invaluable advisor. He is equally comfortable walking a shop floor or making a presentation to the board of directors. As Managing Director of The Christman Group's Indianapolis office, Mr. Erwin serves clients throughout the Midwest.
