Anneke Chamy is an accomplished investment banker and entrepreneur. She has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, initial public offerings, transaction structuring and negotiation, business valuation and securities analysis.

Anneke began her career as a Chartered Accountant with a public accounting firm in South Africa. After 5 years in accounting, she joined an investment bank as a project finance specialist; structuring project and asset based financing transactions. In this position Anneke received several Awards for Excellence.

She then joined Société Générale Corporate Finance and assumed responsibility for initial public offerings, merger & acquisition transactions and financings for the bank’s publicly traded clients. During this time Anneke was also involved in arranging venture capital for three South African start-ups.

After relocating to the United States, Anneke worked as Vice President of Finance for a middle market manufacturing and distribution company. After helping that company achieve double digit growth, Anneke formed her own financial services firm to provide privately owned companies with high quality mergers & acquisition, financing, business development and strategic planning services. She was recruited by The CHRISTMAN Group to provide investment banking services to our middle market clients nationwide.

During her career, Anneke has played a lead role in closing over 140 investment banking engagements with a market value of close to $800 million. Anneke’s sense of humor and wealth of experience make her a valued member of any transaction team.
